1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the individual may be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number during registration. This number becomes your login identifier and your primary withdrawal channel. You must have active ownership of the mobile number you register.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. j9533 will treat any action performed using your correct login credentials as authorised by you. The following obligations apply to all account holders:

• You must not share your login credentials, account access, or session with any third party under any circumstances. Allowing another person to access or use your account is a breach of these Terms.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify j9533 support immediately at [email protected]. j9533 will investigate the report and may suspend the account during the investigation period to protect funds.
• You must use only your own devices, your own internet connections, and your own mobile banking accounts when accessing j9533, making deposits, or requesting withdrawals. Using shared, public, or compromised devices to access your account is done at your own risk.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on j9533 — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). j9533 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is applied to any transaction on the platform.

Deposit Rules

• Withdrawals are paid to the mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered on your j9533 account. Withdrawals cannot be directed to a different account, a third-party account, or any payment method not linked to your j9533 account.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and age verification. j9533 may request supporting documents before approving a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Where a bonus has been credited to your account, withdrawal of the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it is subject to the rollover requirements stated on the relevant promotion. You may not withdraw bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement.
• j9533 targets withdrawal processing within 1 to 4 hours of approval during normal operating hours. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms prevail.

• All bonuses carry a rollover (wagering requirement) that must be completed before the bonus amount or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 7. Responsible Gaming

• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age, or is found to have registered on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
• The player is found to hold more than one account on j9533, whether under the same or different personal details.
• j9533 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player has engaged in fraudulent activity, collusion with other players, use of automated software or bots, exploitation of software errors, or any other form of cheating or unfair advantage-taking.
• The player has engaged in behaviour that j9533 considers abusive, threatening, or harassing toward j9533 staff, other players, or third parties associated with the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the player's own request without a breach, any verified balance remaining after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations will be paid out to the player's registered mobile banking account within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Intellectual Property

11. Amendments to These Terms

j9533 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When amendments are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where j9533 considers an amendment to be material — meaning it significantly affects players' rights or obligations — j9533 will also provide notice to registered players via the platform or by email to the registered contact on the account, where practicable, at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of j9533 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
